01 · You
Bring a problem you have seen at work for years.
And name the colleagues who would pay for a fix, even one or two. Building starts once five teams sign a letter, “I’ll pay when it’s ready”, which costs them nothing. Describing it takes 3 minutes.

02 · We
We build the app. You check each version and say what is wrong.
A product builder, a developer who builds apps with AI agents, what people call vibe coding, makes the app and answers by name for quality and for buyers’ questions. About once a month you look at a new version. Contracts, payments and sales are on us. Only the person who signed the agreement sees the details of your problem.
03 · Money
The app sells. A share of every month’s revenue is yours.
Before work starts, you and the product builder agree the split of revenue, and both sign it. Before the fifth letter, either of you can leave at any time, for free. Your part of the work: 3 minutes to describe it, a 30-minute call, asking colleagues for letters, then 1 to 2 hours a month to check a version. In the example, the first money comes about six months after the fifth letter: the first 3 months of sales accumulate and arrive in one sum. If you step away before month 3 of sales, the held months are not paid. Helio earns only when the app sells. Taking part is free.
Every collaboration starts with a signed agreement.
If it does not sell. The expert is offered the product first, buyers do not pay for the last month, and months already earned are still paid out. “Does not sell” means fewer than 3 paying after a round of fixes; Helio then closes it with 30 days’ notice.

Helio suggests the expert’s starting share of revenue by the stage a product is at when you join. You agree the final split together and both sign it.
04 · Statement
Every month a statement, with every sale and every deduction.
Every sale is a line, with VAT, payment fees and the split. Buying teams show by company or as Team 1, Team 2, never by personal name. The statement comes by the 10th, the money by the 20th.
